To whom it may concern, 

We have worked with Rafael and team for over 20 years. They are professional, friendly, 
reliable, and reasonable. We have three quarters of an acre. In addition to weekly yard 
maintenance and annual pruning and beautification projects, they have done HUGE projects for 
us: 


1) Rafael worked with our landscaping architect throughout the design process. Once the 
drawings were completed, Rafael and team did the entire project. Demolition, irrigation, 
hardscape, plants, trees and lawns. Start to finish! Perfection!! 


2) We have had numerous trees removed from the yard over the years. Their work is fast 
and thorough. Always done correctly and always cleaned up. 


3) Our slope gave away due to rain a few years ago. They were there to help to cover the 
property with tarps and sandbags within hours. They were able to stop the erosion and 
they fixed the hillside. This was a major undertaking like you see on the side of a 
freeway. Tractors, mounds of dirt, boulders…you name it! In the end, trees and plants 
were introduced for both looks and to protect against future problems. We are very 
pleased with the outcome.
